We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If not, contact us by phone or in writing within 15 Days. We will work with you to review your claim and arrange for a refund, credit or replacement, (Not including any shipping/handling or other charges involved).

Pre-Recorded products such as CD's, DVD's, Audio Tapes, and Video Tapes, can not be returned for Refund but may be returned for replacement of the same item if found to be damaged or Defective.

We will accept returns only when an authorization number has been issued to you by us, and such authorization number is clearly written and visible on the outside of the return package(s) when we receive it.

• A 15% restocking charge will be applied to non-defective current merchandise.
• Merchandise must be in unused and saleable condition.
• No returns after 30 days.
• No returns on discontinued merchandise (except for defects).
• A 25% restocking charge will be applied to unauthorized returns.
• Returns of recorded media productswill be considered saleable only if the sealing tape of its original packaging is unbroken.
